My family of 4 have been seeing Dr. Chan for 31 years - he is amazing and caught my cancer early (maybe saved my life). I'll be eternally grateful for his thoroughness and care BUT he is entirely responsible for the deplorable attitude and culture that has been entrenched in this clinic for over three decades by refusing to do anything about it. ★☆☆☆☆ This place is absolutely terrible! The store This place is absolutely terrible! The door was locked, and despite the staff member and a customer being inside, they wouldn’t let us in to buy a CPAP machine, even after a long wait. After all that, they rudely said we needed an appointment, which wasn’t clear anywhere. Their behavior was racist, making it a horrible experience. Stay away from this place!
