Low rating is deserved. Wait times in Emergency were 8 to 10 hours, sitting very close to others in uncomfortable chairs when in pain, tired, stressed, hungry. One of my visits had a mentally I’ll man threatening to kill people. Nurses never check in into the waiting area or they’d have known the man was there. The patients were sitting ducks if he’d become violent, because we were incapacitated by illness or injury. Only an alert and professional security guard got him out of the building.
