Both the Doctors and Nurses are a absolute DISGRACE. My family member is 76 years old, frail and was in pain for most of the 32 hour visit to the Emergency department. She did not get ANY Food or water during the entire 32 hour period. These people have NO EMPATHY. If it was not such a important subject this would be a skit for SNL. If there is any Justice some day I hope these nurses will be treated the same way the treat others. Low rating is deserved. Wait times in Emergency were 8 to 10 hours, sitting very close to others in uncomfortable chairs when in pain, tired, stressed, hungry. One of my visits had a mentally I’ll man threatening to kill people. Nurses never check in into the waiting area or they’d have known the man was there. The patients were sitting ducks if he’d become violent, because we were incapacitated by illness or injury. Only an alert and professional security guard got him out of the building.
