AVOID THIS HOSPITAL. If I could give a zero stars than I would. Save yourself some trouble and steer clear of their emergency department, the nurses are absolutely unhelpful and unprofessional (gel nails, headphones on while working), they openly complained about my relative who was their patient, did not help when asked, and spent most of her time on her phone and gossiping. Please save yourself the frustration, anger, and health by going to another emergency department.
Worse hospital I ever been in Toronto. I took my wife for abdominal pain. The service was dead slow. I came here at 1:30 pm and finally got to go home 2am next day. Couldn't find anything serious. First did CT scan but report was not conclusive. Then did ultrasound but couldn't find anything either. As a medical professional back home I know the CT scan is more confirmatory than ultrasound. I have the doubt how qualified the staffs are here. I would never recommend this hospital even to my enemy.
