Our family has been coming to this clinic for 10+ years. The service offered is excellent, professional and their appointments are kept pretty punctual which is understandably hard for any medical establishment. Amy, our dental hygienist, is curteous, respectful and thorough when cleaning our teeth. Dr. Siu is always friendly and offers emergency appointments when needed. The reception team has always been helpful. We appreciate their wonderful customer service.
I’ve had a really good experience at this clinic. The receptionists are welcoming, the hygienist is thorough and kind, and Dr. Siu is incredibly transparent. He takes the time to walk you through each step of the process and shares helpful tips for maintaining good oral health. Excellent care! Dr. Siu is excellent and very kind. His staff are friendly and efficient. I’ve been coming here for years and have always been cared for very well!
Visiting Dr Siu’s office is an enjoyable, pleasant experience every time. The staff is always sociable, yet efficient (Amy especially - she’s very thorough but conversational). Dr Siu seems very musical by the way - he always hums while working, which I find amusing and puts me at ease! :)
Each visit to Dr. Siu's office had been quick and punctual, and they’re always on time. They’re also very warm and welcoming during each visit! I especially enjoy when the staff makes conversation with me during the appointment, making it feel customer focused and friendly.
