I'm giving this particular experience 4 stars. The medical team provided my family member with timely care, which was reassuring. However, I think the healthcare professionals, particularly those in triage and nursing roles, could create a more welcoming atmosphere. A warm greeting can significantly ease patients' and families' anxiety, even when patients are grumpy due to pain. On a positive note, the doctor was kind and helpful.

Today I was in the emergency room because I have a nose problem! I told my complaints and said that I see something foreign in my nose! The female doctor didn't even examine me or look into my nose, she just said I'm allergic and prescribed me cetirizine! I went to another doctor today, he examined me properly and it turned out that I have nasal polyps that urgently need to be operated on because they are blocking my entire nasal cavity! Don’t come here. Went there for an asthma attack and they treated it like it was something simple. Couldn’t breathe and asked for a asthma mask because my puffer wasn’t doing the job, and they were more worried about me talking to the triage instead of giving me help as I’m having difficulty breathing

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was pregnant and was bleeding heavily, the nurses despite being kind placed me in minor emergency and then took two hours for a doctor to see me and then another two hours for ultrasound, and then two hours for the results. I don’t know why this even has the honor of called emergency when there was no urgency in any of the nurses or doctors, no sense of care towards a serious matter especially something as sensitive as a pregnancy, and on top of that, when my husband or mom would inquir... read more

I had a very bad experience at this hospital. There was a nurse who was not even wearing a proper uniform and had blonde hair. Unfortunately, I could not see her name clearly on her badge. My sister had a burn on her foot and was in pain, but the way this nurse treated us was extremely rude and disrespectful. We were polite, even thanking her and apologizing for waiting, but she completely ignored us. She later claimed that she had been calling us for 25 minutes, which is not true at all.
