I’m leaving this review because after submitting a formal complaint to the ER department, **no one ever contacted me or addressed the issue**, which is unacceptable. I visited the ER on Oct 29 and 30, 2025, following a dog bite. During my first visit, a male triage staff member made an inappropriate comment after I briefly forgot to hand over my health card. Hello Everyone. I have visited the Emergency department many times for various reasons and disease treatment. This is an honest review. From the moment i enter the emergency reception area to the inside waiting area, i always receive the best service possible. And yes, i understand, that sometimes the waiting hours are long. At the reception after getting the ticket, name registration and etc, the maximum time can be 1 hour if many people, but within 15 to 30 minutes if fewer people. Where to start? I'll try to keep short. 7 visits to emergency in aproxx 4 months (5 to this hospital, all 7 for same illness). Emergency doctors can't do anything for my situation since it requires a specific type of doctor for proper exam/treatment or needs to be referred to a surgeon. The doctors you get when you go here are fresh out of school, mostly all residents, so not even actual doctors yet, usually need to consult with the attending physician running the shift.
