I have never had anything but positive experiences with the doctors and staff to date. Dr Umasuthan was top of the line as a physician and human, Dr. Thomas is excellent and Dr. Ratnadevil has also been compassionate and kind to me. It is difficult to get them on the phone but when the schedule phone consults the honor them…there is also an online booking for appointments. Folks just need to become more familiar with the use of technology to appreciate the efficiency of an online booking system.

Dr. Hendy is accepting new patients. He is so nice and professional! The receptionists are all very helpful, too.

I had Debbie Johnson as my counselor this past year and back in 2019 (both in-person and over the phone). She is a wonderful, kind and supportive person and she made a really positive impact on my life. She's is very helpful and non judgemental. The receptionists that I have dealt with have always been friendly. (Victoria Health Centre Location)

You need to call a couple of times to finally reach someone. And when someone picks up and you ask why no one is answering the phone, it’s because staff are all on lunch break. I work a 9-5 and need to call during my lunch break and would appreciate if at least ONE person would stay during lunch time. Just like many businesses, everyone doesn't not have the same lunch break and this is especially expected in a doctors office. People are calling for Urgent and Important issues that shouldn’t be prolonged.

When I phone for an appointment I expect to be on hold for a few minutes and understand that they are busy. They always handle my requests in an efficient and friendly manner. Dr Ryan Thomas is a young amazingly knowledgeable Doctor. Always willing to listen and help.
