Ever since Dr. Pradeepan moved his office his care for his patients and communication has completely depleted. It's all in the hands with whatever students are working.

My family has been with Dr Pradeepan Arulchlevam for 15 or more years. The Doctor is perfect, no complaint for him. I had an appointment for 11.30 I called 11.20 to say I am on my way. I was on hold, they finally answered at 11.31 when I was parking I mentioned I was calling to say I might be late. She said you are already cancelled by the doctor and reported as no show at 11.31 that is their policy. We are seniors. At the desk I asked to speak to the doctor. She refused to message him. Every time you call this clinic, the phone lines are tied up. I’ve known this clinic for the past 5-6 years and rarely, do you get to speak with someone right away, you’re always put on hold. The wait times are ridiculous my mother is currently waiting for her doctors appointment that was at 10:15am. She arrived at 10 AM and she is still waiting. The time currently is 11:08.
