Sick of this bank absolute garbage, there’s always a problem with something, I’ll be switching and closing my account soon.
Unfortunate experience and lots of waisted time. Texting back and for a loan is not the way to do things. Being told one thing on the phone and picking up a packet with different information with no instructions is poor customer service.

I have been a member with this credit union for years. It was great bank at first and still has some good things about it. Pro's Friendly in person customer service knowledgeable about their products Clean interior Fast service Con's Constantly they have issues with their app. Off and on problems with their limited ATM's Constant problems with on-line banking Reformat how things post all the time.
