I’ve been going to Scan Medical Hurstville for all my ultrasounds, X-rays and other scans for years and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are always so lovely, professional and make you feel comfortable. A special mention to Khaloud, the sonographer, she is honestly the best I’ve ever been to. I would like to commend the exceptional service I received from Teena at the reception desk. She has gone above and beyond on two separate occasions to accommodate my appointments, even when the schedule was fully booked and I arrived late due to public transport delays. Her kindness, patience, and professional dedication made a stressful medical experience much easier to navigate. She is a true asset to your team, and I am incredibly grateful for her assistance.
I honestly don’t understand what it is, but every time I go to Scan Medical, I find the Chinese receptionists incredibly rude. I’m Chinese myself, so I’m simply speaking from my own experience. They barely acknowledge you, don’t give face, and are so blunt and dismissive that you feel like you’re bothering them just by asking a simple question.
