The staff and owners don't just run a store. They own reptiles and are passionate about them. They're always willing to answer questions and are patient when you have a million of them. The beardie we bought from them two years ago is healthy and thriving. I don't go anywhere else for our reptile needs.

Friendly knowledgeable staff each time we've been in. The layout is a bit crowded if there are more than 2 customers at the counter, but they treat us like family.

Scales 'N Tails is fabulous! I bought Pink-toe tarantula this weekend and the staff was so wonderful and patient answering all of my questions and recommending supplies. I can't wait to show my students our new amazing class pet!
I’ve been a customer for a while now, but I just wanted to point out Drayvin excellence today! Despite being incredibly busy, she handled each customer politely and professionally and was as friendly as always! She’s just a seriously cool, hardworking chick and I hope she gets a huge pat on the back for her hard work at the store today!! GO DRAYVIN!!!
