We purchased an axolotl (7/13/21) and picked up on July 18th from Scales and Tails Englewood. We were told it was a young axolotl, but they were unsure of exact age. i was just told since im not buying anything I should leave. I told the employee I was waiting for someone. i was the only one in the store and no line waiting. I have lots of reptiles. I always need something but not from your unfriendly store. ill kindly take my money elsewhere then .

Every question I’ve had, he has answered and every phone call he’s there to help out. I bought my first snake friend from there and they were very friendly and patient with me answering my questions. I recommend them! <3
amazing insect selection. and of course reptiles! staff was helpful and answered anything asked. thank you for the centipede and Mexican Beauty Tarantula!!!
The staff and owners don't just run a store. They own reptiles and are passionate about them. They're always willing to answer questions and are patient when you have a million of them. The beardie we bought from them two years ago is healthy and thriving. I don't go anywhere else for our reptile needs.
