They have always been very helpful.
They have really bad customer service, I always place my orders with them over the phone. They never processed my order and never notified me that it was their mistake, when I called them to see when I would be receiving it they tell me "oh we never processed it" almost a month later and we still don't have our order of 50 cases of labels.
