I'm always a little leery about buying something from an online merchant with really great prices, but I read other reviews and gave them a chance. I can't say enough good things about my experience. The order was shipped super quickly and arrived before I expected. There was an issue with the scale from the manufacturer, and the guys at Scale Warehouse and More contacted the tech support for me and then when it was determined that I had a faulty scale, they sent a replacement out asap.
