Dealer ship called me give information ..did not have time justice then to look at ... did call me a day later to inform that auto was the very next day..They kept me informed

Inquired about this car by email. Got a quick response. Stopped for a test drive, but there was some confusion. Follow-up was clear and professional. Car had failed their safety tests and I didn't pickup a bad car. So no sale, but professional service that saved me in the long run.
The car buying process was long and tedious. The car sales man didn't return any phone calls and had us waiting for him and his managers. We were not told that the truck is from Canada, hence the French settings. The only pros in buying from Scaffidi was the price of the truck.
Got back to us right away and was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at. No pressure from Salesperson as he knew we were looking at a few more dealers in the area.
