Great customer service from Megan. The vehicle we were interested in did not work out but Megan was great. Her honesty and willingness to provide extra photos and information really helped. I hope to do business with Scaffidi (and Megan) in the future.
I couldn't be more please with my dealings with Scaffidi Ford. The sales rep, John R was a pleasure to work with. They provided a very fair price for my trade in. However, I did end up selling it to my next door neighbor for slightly more and they were very understanding and worked with me on change in this transaction. The new Dodge Ram that I purchased was priced exactly right and I feel they went out of their way to make sure that this was a good fit for me and especially for my wife. Great followup
I contacted them with a question I had about the vehicle that I was looking at. They got back to immediately and answered all my questions.
Had a vehicle listed at one price and when I called and asked about it they said there was an error in the computer system and it was $10k more than what they listed it for. I get mistakes happen but don't blame software for something a person at your company messed up on.
