From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was so warm, welcoming, and full of positivity. Every single person in the salon was absolutely fantastic and made us feel right at home. I cannot believe the experience we just had after a very good virtual consultation and even visit to see the place in person. When we arrived for my daughter’s first ever hair cut, our stylist that we had talked with from the beginning was not there and we were not notified. No one told us until I asked after my daughter was already traumatized. Her hair was still tangled and when I saw all the hair on the comb I was horrified! They do a great job with my daughter hair. Highly recommend them for natural hair. Carlene likes her stylist.
This place and Mrs. Sonja was everything that I was looking for. She made us and my daughter feel welcome, my daughter who usually hates getting her hair washed got her hair washed very easily. I met her staff and they were friends and educational again. I appreciate most the education on how to help my daughter while at home during hair days. I will be back already called my best friend to send her daughter.
They are so patient and kind. Mostly importantly they are helping my babies hair growth back healthy.
