I would not recommend booking here based on my experience!! I scheduled a haircut for my daughter but needed to cancel more than three days before the appointment. Unfortunately, the phone number listed on their website is incorrect, and there is no way to cancel through their online booking portal. Their website states that appointment reminders will be sent to allow enough time to cancel if needed, but I never received any reminders. My daughter has had her hair cared for here since she was 3 years old and it's been 9 years so far! I have learned so much about caring for her hair on my own, but their work is long lasting and beautiful, so we are back at the salon regularly. The atmosphere is inviting, beautiful, and fun.

SC4Kids is the perfect salon for kids who need a nurturing, encouraging, and supportive environment. I took my two year old daughter here to get her hair braided for the first time. They were so gentle and sweet with her. Ms. Ruth did a fantastic job and Ms. Sonja is so wonderful! This is our new go-to salon.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was so warm, welcoming, and full of positivity. Every single person in the salon was absolutely fantastic and made us feel right at home. My daughter struggled a bit with separation anxiety during her appointment, but the patience, kindness, and care shown by the staff truly meant everything to me. I cannot believe the experience we just had after a very good virtual consultation and even visit to see the place in person. When we arrived for my daughter’s first ever hair cut, our stylist that we had talked with from the beginning was not there and we were not notified. No one told us until I asked after my daughter was already traumatized. Her hair was still tangled and when I saw all the hair on the comb I was horrified!
