The interaction was unnecessarily rude and highly unprofessional.
There are not too many places where kids can go to a salon and actually be a kid. The atmosphere is amazing and my kids LOVE it everytime they go. The owner is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and she listens to the needs of the parents and the kids. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. My kids have been clients for over 4 years now and I love it! Send your kids!
I’m very upset to say, but after years of being loyal to the same hairstylist and her company, we unfortunately have to cut our ties with her. We had proceeded to ask her to redo our daughter’s hair on multiple occasions, and she took forever to get back with us and she finally did get back with us. She said an appointment that nobody was there to attend to. We showed up and nobody was there. We took our daughters hair down because they asked us to, and it took them four days after the fact of them not showing up for the app... read more
