They are so patient and kind. Mostly importantly they are helping my babies hair growth back healthy.
The staff answering the phone is very unprofessional. They say hello like they are home in their bedroom hanging out. The website is trash and they want $30 per child consultation before they would even do the hair. I tyried to give grace and called, they said call back in 2 hrs. Bad experience and I have not been there yet.
My sis came to visit me and asked if I knew of a kids hair shop in Austin. I didn’t but she searched and found SC4 Kids for her son. She loved the whole experience, from the picture updates, the wash and blow dry, and the outcome. We were all so pleased. I will for sure keep this place in my options for when family come into town. Thank you!
I want to address the experience my daughter and I had, because the level of communication and professionalism was unacceptable. Please understand — just because you are a manager or in a position of authority does not give you the right to mistreat anyone.
