Randy is amazing at his craft! He does a great job tailoring his approach to your specific sport or goal, and really establishes a personal relationship that helps your athlete buy in! I would recommend Randy to anyone looking to get faster, stronger, and progress athletically.
Randy is one of the best Agility and Strength trainers in the Upstate area. My son has been working out with him three months and we have seen a lot of changes on the baseball field. Randy works with your child in details and I love that... I highly recommend Randy to anyone who wants to see a change in their child. He motivates you to work hard in order to be the best!
Highly recommend Randy for anyone looking to take it to the next level, you can tell he loves what he does and love to see the progress his clients make he truly takes the time with each individual to make sure they know and understand the why's behind what they are doing and anwser any questions they may have and explain the why's behind it he has helped my son alot and its something my son looks forward to every week!
Randy is fabulous to work with on a weekly basis. My daughter absolutely loves going to his sessions. She has gotten faster and stronger at softball. He trains her in speed and agility, but also gives her batting advice. Highly recommend Randy!
