Service was horrible and I mean horrible. Do not waste your time. I went in for a pedicure. The water was cold so I ask the lady if she could make the water hot. Still no heat. They waited until I put my get in the water before I was able to see the price menu and what they had to offer. For $45 nail clippers, cuticle, and lotion. I told her just paint my toes instead because I felt like that was a rip off for the price. She painted my toes, told me one price and charge me something else. As a cosmetologist, this was the worst nail experience EVER. My nails are a hot mess even though my nail tech was nice the other nail tech was super rude as I voiced that I didn’t like my nails. Now I have to catch my flight for an important business trip with jacked up nails. Do not go here.
I have been coming here for about 2 years and I have visit this nail shop for the last time. I asked them to fix my nails and the 2 ladies became very defensive. Manager comes in and he doesn’t understand English. Very unprofessional and rushed my services from start to finish.
Very rushed, not kid friendly, made me bleed with a not caring apology. Uneven coat on 4 nails. Tried to add on services without saying it would be additional cost. My daughter’s first nail visit and I felt as if they treated her like she was annoying them. they talk about you as I was recording them on translator. Horrible experience. Also got my feet done, just soaked my feet scrubbed and hardly rubbed gel on them. I’ve had way better service at other places for cheaper! Well the service was crappie, I'm done with them!! this wasn't the first time, always give 2nd chances.. the dip looks like shit, half ass file my nails... really.... I don't care how many people come in after me, I was first and I need to be taken care of Before anyone else. Period!!
