Well the service was crappie, I'm done with them!! this wasn't the first time, always give 2nd chances.. the dip looks like shit, half ass file my nails... really.... I don't care how many people come in after me, I was first and I need to be taken care of Before anyone else. Period!!

I have tried several times to give this place a chance. It’s always empty when I go, for a reason. I understand trying to upsell services, but it’s a whole other level here. They will actually act like they do not understand what you choose, in an attempt to trick you into doing a higher service. I’m not one to write bad reviews, but I have tried to give them so many chances. They are rough, rude and they rush your service. It’s very unnerving.

Terrible service. Gel nails chipped after 3 days and manager says that has never happens. Lies- the reviews show this happens all the time. I asked the manager for her name and she said it was “Sorry”. They don’t do nail art. They charged $40 to paint a Child’s nail and rushed so fast that it chipped in 3 days. They refused to redo the nails because I came on day 6 when I was off work. Gel nails should last 2-3 weeks not 3 days. No accountability for poor paint job. Save your money. I LOVE going to SC nails. The atmosphere is always inviting, the women are amazing and have great customer service. I will continue to give my business to SC Nails!
