The dispatchers are a mixed bag. The first one i got on the phone was amazing. The second one I spoke to was pathetically rude and impatient. That’s a sad way to be with this line of work. If you can’t do your jon properly, go elsewhere.

I received a bill that my 12 year old son had received tele treatment with SC Dept of Mental Health Tele-Psychiatry. The problem is my son has not received any such treatment. I called to question the bill and NO ONE seemed to have a sense of urgency that all of my son's personal data had been assigned to a random patient's account resulting in me getting a bill.
