Prospective owners & renters: do your research before moving into SBC2 managed property. On my move-in day, SBC2, LLC, acting as agent for my condo, issued my unit a $100 fine alleging the entrance doors were left unattended. I disputed it and provided photos showing I was present for the majority of the move. I’ve lived in a building managed by SBC2 Property Management Group for some time now, and my experience has been frustrating to say the least. The management, especially under Suzanne Sepulveda, consistently avoids taking responsibility for even the most basic issues. Whenever a problem arises—whether it’s repairs, security concerns, or maintenance—there’s always an attempt to shift the blame back onto residents instead of finding a solution.
