I’ve been working with David A. For 3+ years now at our condo in Boston. He’s been fantastic and got our building through multiple projects. Always responsive, transparent, and easy to work with. Any time we’ve had short term acute issues related to cold weather, they’ve been on the issues immediately. Highly recommend SBC2 for anyone looking for a management company
