This place is unbelievable. I OWN and live in the unit in the complex that these people manage, and they still treat me worse than I have EVER been treated by anyone. The other reviewer is right - the woman who answers the phone is unbeleivably rude, provocative, and downright mean. NEVER NEVER NEVER RENT FROM SBC REALTY. Not only do they not maintain thier property, but the landlord ladies are rude, degrading, and incompetent. I have lived here for almost a year now and cannot wait to get out of my lease. I have been morally degraded by these landlords, i've been called "stupid, dishonest, and a child."
