Not really a certified vehicle- shoddy treatment and service. I purchased a pre-certified vehicle remotely. The car was not ready when I came to pick it up. It was not fully detailed, the paperwork was not ready, and I received only one key. The certification checklist stated I should receive two keys- I got one and was told I would have to pay $500 to get another one; I had to purchase 4 new tires within two weeks of getting the car because one of the tires had non-repairable leak from a plug. RecommendedI took my mother to your dealership this morning to look at Encores. Todd was our salesperson and I can't say enough about how well we were treated by Todd Kingman, Peter, and Troy, but especially Todd. He was pleasant, helpful (not pushy) and a joy to work with. My mother ended up purchasing her Encore today and could not be happier with her experience. Thanks for making what is normally a stressful day a breeze.

I will never again do business with this dealership. I regret purchasing my second Cadillac from Canon and the service has been a complete nightmare. I have taken my car in for a second time to fix the sunroof and it still does not work properly. I have already scheduled an appointment to take it to another dealership to trade it in.
