I will never again do business with this dealership. I regret purchasing my second Cadillac from Canon and the service has been a complete nightmare. I have taken my car in for a second time to fix the sunroof and it still does not work properly. I have already scheduled an appointment to take it to another dealership to trade it in. We have ZERO complaints about anything at Cannon Automotive. They are professional, courteous and customer friendly. I have purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Found it online through autotrader, which isn't a bad way to go nowadays since you can get your dream vehicle sent to you, coast to coast for under $1000. The dealership has remained pleasant, but made one critical error. They communicated the condition of the vehicle as having no scratches. I asked them to do a walk around and identify any defects.
