Sendera ranch would be much better with a different management company. We recieved notice for our truck - them assuming just because it is old that it is inoperable. We literally had a state inspection done on it this year…. We have felt singled out with the management office. We are very close with our neighbors and have found out things that we have been told are in violation, our neighbors are doing as well and they never received a notice. HOA just keep increasing over homeowners, they doing nothing need to stop it and need to everyones voice raised up.
Amanda Duckworth at Sendera Ranch HOA has created a thriving community with great playground and park maintenance, events for the neighborhood, and community building through the Facebook page. We are so happy to live here!
