I was charged 73 dollars for my 38 dollar order
I downloaded Sbarro application to order whole pizza . I ordered pizza but Sbarro application automatically chooses to another location which located at 2447 Monroe street. But I was trying to order from mall food court at 1500 Apalachee Parkway Tallahassee. Stupid application doesn’t work properly. I tried to cancel pizza order from Sbarro application but it didn’t let me cancel my pizza order. When I went to Sbarro pizza restaurant at mall at food court they charged me again for pizza order. EVERY TIME I come here the staff look completely confused that they’re getting customers and the food is never fresh. You’re in the mall….act like it. Imagine a busy Saturday afternoon and they make you wait 10-15 min For fresh food when all they have to do is stay on top of it and replace it when it looks mushy. They would much rather sit on their phones in the corner. SMH…literally ruined my lunch break
They have hot food out no one come up to take orders waited over 15 minutes for there to be no staff coming up absolutely sad and we not the only ones we'll moving on to a different restaurant in the mall more more people kept going over there waiting for staff and still nobody absolutely sad bad employee's
