I placed an online order for wings. When I arrived, I was told the store hadn’t received the notification and it would take another 20–30 minutes. I asked to cancel and receive a refund, but was told this had to be done through the app. The app directs customers to contact the store, and no one answers the phone. An hour later, I received a text saying the order was ready and my card was charged.
Here's the thing, sometimes I eat here and its pretty good. But sometimes its terrible. I honestly wanted to give it a 3 star but I don't like hurting businesses. Today my pizza had a weird taste to it. Kind of like old socks. I couldn't eat it.
