Not friendly , Pizza was old sitting there all day, She stuck it in the oven to warm up , Places was dirty, They charge for refills on soda which is ridiculous🤨 Paid 17 dollars 💸 For 2 old pizza 🍕 🤬🤬🤬 And flat soda Will not come back again
I went to the Sbarro in Lakewood with someone, and it ended up being one of the most disappointing places I’ve visited in a long time. I expected something simple and enjoyable, but the whole place felt dull and lifeless from the moment I walked in. It didn’t have anything lively or exciting that teenagers or young adults would enjoy, and nothing about the atmosphere made me want to stay there longer than I had to. Tried to get their 2 XL and Drink for 14.20 special today, December 17, 2025 and was told that is no longer the price. Yet they have a big sign promoting that price and special. If thats not the price then why promote it. To the owner and manager of this location of you go to an establishment and an items is advertised fir a specific price and then at tine of purchase you're told it's a different price wouldn't you be upset and expect them to honor the price? I typically don't write any reviews. But the attitude this girl had was unacceptable. Customers are not to be treated as if they are the cause of all their problems. Firstly, she didn't greet us. It took her about 3 minutes for her to acknowledge us and say if we were ready. I didn't answer because she was walking away towards the sink. She proceeded to ask again in an attitude and a rude tone while still giving her back. We then did answered and said yes we're ready. But all through out she was handling our food bad.
