Bad service and bad place to eat ! The staff made me waiting 10 minutes at the cashier to serve other customer. They also charge me extra for bake ziti which included in the combo. The owner saw me waiting at the cashier from his kitchen and continue to ignore me ! They don't even give us fork ! BAD SERVICE, BAD STAFF, BAD OWNER & GREEDY !
Food tolerable. Won’t be back after being told a refill is additional cost. Greedy.
Terrible. They don’t like POCs. Went to get a slice of pizza. Waited for 5 minutes. The girl with the glasses made eye contact with me, and still didn’t help me. She helped the Hispanics before me and skipped me and went to help other Hispanics behind me in line. She’s Hispanic by the way. Very rude. I left because of the lack of respect.if I could give 0 stars I would .
Instead of basic customer service, I got visible irritation. When I asked for my pizza slice to be packed in a box (which I never even said I was dining in for), the cashier questioned me like I had said something wrong. After that, she literally handled everything with attitude making faces, roughly tossing the box on the counter, and just overall acting like I was asking for too much. First I stood there for a while waiting for someone to talk to me to take my order. Then I got skipped a few times so then I walked up to the cashier to get my order taken she was like why are you here. I said because no one would talk to me when I was standing in the right place. Then they took my order and I realized they're just taking old who knows how old pizza and breadsticks out and reheating them. So you're getting overpriced reheated food. Somebody definitely needs to revamp the customer experience...
