Terrible. They don’t like POCs. Went to get a slice of pizza. Waited for 5 minutes. The girl with the glasses made eye contact with me, and still didn’t help me. She helped the Hispanics before me and skipped me and went to help other Hispanics behind me in line. She’s Hispanic by the way. Very rude. I left because of the lack of respect.if I could give 0 stars I would .
Instead of basic customer service, I got visible irritation. When I asked for my pizza slice to be packed in a box (which I never even said I was dining in for), the cashier questioned me like I had said something wrong. After that, she literally handled everything with attitude making faces, roughly tossing the box on the counter, and just overall acting like I was asking for too much. First I stood there for a while waiting for someone to talk to me to take my order. Then I got skipped a few times so then I walked up to the cashier to get my order taken she was like why are you here. I said because no one would talk to me when I was standing in the right place. Then they took my order and I realized they're just taking old who knows how old pizza and breadsticks out and reheating them. So you're getting overpriced reheated food. Somebody definitely needs to revamp the customer experience...
Honestly, I am very disappointed. The food was horrible no flavor whatsoever . I came to get the spinach type of wrap because the first time I had it it was absolutely delicious so I wanted to go back just to eat one and brought my kids to have pizza and literally everything sucked. I was so disappointed the cheese from the pizza literally fell off of the pizza.
