The sauce in the pizza was rotten. Pizza is soo thin and soggy when you try to hold it up to eat the cheese slithers off and falls. Soda was flat.
I visited the food court wanting a slice of pizza, but I walked away when I saw the employee prepping food bare-handed while simultaneously handling the cash register. I ended up walking until I found a food vendor that consistently used gloves and maintained better hygiene practices.
The location within 12 Oaks Mall was convenient. Pizza was good and customer service was also good (at least for me) despite what other people are saying
Mango (i think this was his name) was great, we came 5 minutes before he closed on Sunday 5/31/26 and he treated us great.
I’m giving them 2 stars ONLY because the food is still decent, but NO ONE IS EVER AT THE COUNTER!! You literally have to yell to get someone to come out. They also don’t have any food trays. Please do better before you get shut down. You are the only Sbarro around here.
