Big fan of Sbarro's pizza in woodfield mall, IL. But this location gave me a different experience. The only too times I go there's and the cashier has an attitude each time. Didn't feel like I was as receiving good customer service. When I asked her a question about the Sbarro's rewards, she wasn't not helpful. I had mention this to an associate of mine & had the same experience as I did too. Pizza also did not paste like the actual Sbarro's pizza. The bread/ crust & sauce was all changed. Won't be coming here again.
Always friendly people working there and they food is always great. Earl and his staff is the best
Awesome! !! Beat pizza in town. We get a whole one fresh made! Drive all the way there just for pizza!
Worked here for 4 months. I liked it at first, got along with everyone good. No problems whatsoever. Then one day I got ganged up on my coworkers and two managers who wouldn't understand what happened between me and the other girl and warning to anyone wanting to get a job here don't go work somewhere else where they will understand and try to fix the problem instead of not wanting to and making people quit , forcing them to quit. And in front of customers very unprofessional.
Sorry I can only give 1 star, was there this past weekend and wanted a slice of pepperoni pizza, was told in oven will be a few minutes about 8 mins to be exact waited patiently then I saw the guy take it out cut it and then put cold pepperoni on top of it and handed it to me... Sorry But pizza is NOT served that way... The lady before me and I were a little ticked off.. Who does that?
I like the pizza and drink see you on Saturday grace
Food poisoning is one of my favorite entrees. Next time I plan to order a size of listeria, hold the botulism.
