Sbarro pizza has really gone down the drain, bland pizza with premium price
Serious Food Safety Issue – All of Us Affected We had a Hawaiian pizza and pepperoni on 13th June 2025 with our 2-year-old daughter. All three of us—myself, my partner, and our daughter—have had severe stomach upset since then. Our daughter only ate a small piece, yet she has been the worst affected, passing stool multiple times and crying continuously. This is extremely distressing, especially when a toddler is involved. This place has always been good but this time there were some teenagers who didn’t care about what we needed to order they were not giving us what we needed they were gonna give me my item but not my sides, they didn’t even give me a bag to put my food in. this place needs to do better they hire anyone nowadays.
The customer service here was so poor I felt compelled to say something. Before checking out, I asked if they offered drink refills they said yes. Went back for a refill, only to be told it’s only for the large size (which they conveniently failed to mention). I even offered to pay the 50 cents to upgrade and was told they couldn’t do that either. So instead, I got to sit there choking down dry, crusty food like I was being punished.
