Ari needs to maybe quit with her horrible attitude, business is clearly slow here so to be rude about a customer being decisive is not a good look.
Es un lugar en donde se encuentran diferentes puestos de comida en Stonewood, muy buena pizza, Stromboli ensaladas, pasta, bevidas y más.
Thank you to Iris. Very kind and friendly. She deserves to be manager. Someone please make Iris the manager. She is so understanding and kind. She explained to me why I couldn't get extra spaghetti. She needs to be promoted ASAP. She has excellent customer service and has great attention to detail.
Terrible service people are just running around in circles behind that counter 🤣🤣
Worst customer service I ever experienced, I went today to Stonewood and the cashier Christian is extremely rude. The cook is even worse on terms of rudeness. Employees here don't even say a simple "hi" or "hello." Which should be expected to a customer. To top it off, I was wrongly charged and handed the wrong food! What was even worse was Christian and the cook had the nerve to blame me for their mistake. I wouldn't recommend this place.
