We had excellent service from SB Tree Service this week. Very professional, prompt and provided all the work we wanted done at a great price! We had our trees trimmed on wed this week....they did a great job and took care of all our needs. One of the guys came to door Tuesday and they came and gave an estimate with in 10 min and were going to come back later that day but Kenny called and said it would have to be in am of WED. We had wanted these done since before the Hurricane Irma and that other company never came on the day or called about the service. Nice to have people follow thru and do what they agree to. On August 30, 2017 SB Tree Service cut down a group of 3 trees, the agreement included grinding of the stumps for an additional $ 300.00. Approximately 1 week later as I was cleaning up and removing the sawdust, I discovered the stumps were left not only above the ground but uneven. I called the phone # on my statement and Joe told me he would be by to check it out. Before that I sent a photo via phone. When I called again was told they would return by call asap. Have heard nothing to date therefore I feel I am due a refund.... read more
