Won’t ever go here again! I would give them zero stars if I could. My boyfriend ordered his grillz a week in advance. When he went in, before he even paid for anything he asked them if they will be done by Friday ( a week later). He spoke to a guy named Sam any was told yes and he asked again to make sure. Friday comes and they are telling him he won’t get it until the next day or the next day after. Then they said come by 7pm because they should be receiving it. Got some customs pieces for my wedding! The manager told me to come back to get it adjusted if I have problems. Went back in for adjustments and the staff was unwilling to help and unwilling to reach out to the manager. Told me they wouldn’t try adjusting it again. Wish I could give 0 stars! Spend you money elsewhere.
I had a very excellent experience and an awesome awesome deal and the customer service was awesome. I encourage everyone to come here and give them your business because they will help you and every way they care I love them.
Tax was very helpful and pleasant.. Will return to store for more jewelry.
