I never had issues with this place till I had an emergency. ( I have active insurance durning the whole situation) It started when I had serious tooth pain and had called to check if I can walk in because I could not remember if they accepted walk ins. They picked up and stated yes till 12pm and ask is had insurance. I reply and yes and ill be there shortly. I got to the office in 10 minutes and ask me for all my infomation and insurance. The person doing the appointments and taking insurance information does not her job well. She needs more training. Will not go back there at all.
Dr. Shalamov, is great as his dental assistant Vicky is the glue that holds him together. The office is clean and Stephanie is also a great addition to the team.

Every time I come for my appointment or Etc... The Dentist is always caring for my teeth very well And the Staff is great!!!
