I took my Mom's 63 year old ring in with so much damage I wasn't sure they would be able to fix it! The not only fixed it, the did so in record time and it looks amazing!! Very thankful to Sayers�

My mom & I went to Sayers this morning to attend the Orbis trunk show. First of all, let me say it was really busy. Every member of their staff was assisting someone when we arrived. We browsed around & by the time we were ready to look at a few items Ellen, Gretchen & Becky were all ready & willing to help. I’ve never had a bad experience at Sayers & I’m loving my new piece of jewelry!!! Can’t wait to pick up my other items!

Great customer service. As an independent jewelry store, they carry many unique items. If you don't find exactly what you want, they can custom make beautiful pieces. I had a vintage ring that I was no longer wearing. I liked the design. They turned it into a pendant while retaining the original design. Now I wear it all of the time. They are also very knowledgeable. Most chain jewelry stores don't have any gemologists on staff. Sayers has several on staff.

Too bad you can’t pick a 10 because they deserve it. This is a fabulous jewelry store with knowledgeable professionals who will give you the best experience ever. I got a birthday gift from Sayers and I was excited to see the beautiful wrapping to the magnificent gift inside that was handmade at the Store. Best place to go if you want to learn about what you are buying. Just love these guys.
