I have a new construction home and they installed my tankless water heater incorrectly. When I called my builder to have it checked their “professional” tech came and took a Quick Look and said nothing was wrong with it. This company came out to check our plumbing in our restroom via a warranty call from our builder. The gentleman I spoke to (didn't catch his name) was honest and thorough with explaining the details of the concern we had.
