This review is for Tyna and maintenance man Israel. Honestly, this was the most passionate, intelligent, and patient apartment leasing agent I've ever met in all my 5+ moves. Tyna responded quickly too. My only complaint here is that she's relocated. I don’t think Saybrook will be the same with a new owner but regardless we signed a year lease and it's quiet, clean, and safe. No true complaints and I will update my review when/if so. Do not move here unless you want to feel unsafe and experience car theft. The rear gate has been broken for weeks, letting anyone in — and now my husband’s car was found on cement blocks with all four tires stolen, along with FOUR other cars the same morning. This isn’t the first crime here; my own car was broken into two years ago and nothing was done. We just renewed our lease and now regret it. I moved in about a month ago and I’m DISAPPOINTED, to say the least. The leasing staff have been defensive and dismissive when it comes to fixing, maintaining, or following through on the issues we’ve experienced. Within the first week of moving in, we were covered in flea bites. We reported this concern multiple times and were told a pest control service would handle it. That never happened, apparently its because bell almaden was negligent in seeing how new ownership/management would impact the apartment complex’s outside ... read more
