my girlfriend and I had our initial tour with Porscha. From the start, I could tell we were in good hands, and as we began our tour, I became even more reassured that we were working with someone who truly cared about the people she works with. I've been living here for almost three years, and I've had a great experience overall. The community is well maintained, and everything has been good throughout my time here. The maintenance team is especially great - very responsive and helpful whenever something comes up. Special thanks to Israel for always being friendly, professional, and quick to help. I really appreciate the great service!
Update 9/23/26 Wow. The reviews are true about this apartment trying to nickel and dime you FOR PAINT. Something that is supposed to be normal wear and tear. We did not damage our apartment in any sort of way and they said every room needed paint 😂 I've lived in 9+ apartments and air bnbs and NO one has ever tried to scam me for this. This review is specific to Porsha in the leasing office as we have just moved in not to long ago. What was a pretty challenging and difficult move in due to our time constraint and needs, Porsha was INCREDIBLE at tying up all loose ends. Additionally, she was clear and quick with her communication and made the headache of moving bearable. Above all of this, the care she has for people shines through along with her work ethic.
