The staff are always friendly and responsive. Israel has come by a few times for maintenance requests and always gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Porsha has also been incredibly patient and hardworking, making sure all of my needs are taken care of. I really appreciate the great service and quick support from the team.
Nothing but headaches since new management took over. The “upgrades” have been nuisances, not true upgrades. Only saving grace is that the maintenance team is pretty on top of things. Israel always responds promptly and is pretty efficient fixing things. Only time there are delays is when an outside vendor has to be called in for bigger repairs, although that seems to be needed more often lately.
I always have a wonderful experience working with Porsha Rubenaker! She is incredibly kind, patient, and truly on top of everything that’s requested. Every question I have is always handled quickly and thoroughly, and she always makes the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Update 4/18/26 management doesn't respond to renewing lease inquiries. Honestly, they don't respond to any of my other emails either. Find somewhere else with a pool and gym or just go to Forma for $100/month. Covered parking is $100/month, a major rip off. They got rid of the boche ball court and didn't replace anything else for entertainment. Nobody is friendly here or they are fake. I truly hate this place.
