Saybrook Buick GMC has the worst customer service of any company I have ever been in contact with. No one picks up the phone in the service department, ever. So it goes to voicemail, but you can't leave a message because the mailbox is full. So, to get ahold of anyone there, you have to press 1 for Sales. Of course, Sales answers. But when you ask them to speak to Service, they transfer you to the full voicemail box or, if you threaten them, they take your number down and "walk" it over to Service (no, they don't). I cannot say anything good about this company, they are liars thieves and have zero customer relations!!! They stole my money from the gap insurance company and won’t return it. They have lied to me and told me that they’ve sent me my refund check months ago and I still don’t have it !!! Every day I call and every day I get ANOTHER LIE!!! You are a horrible company and I hope people are smart enough not to do business with you!!!
Can someone please explain to me how I can work out a deal with the manager, get out of work early, start to drive all the way up there only to have them tell you someone else put a deposit down on it, and you have no intention of honoring our arrangement at all,.....What kind of dealership are you, Never mind that was rhetorical,......
I cannot say enough good things about this Service Department. Scott always answers my questions thoroughly and schedules me an appointment as soon as possible. This particular time I went in for regular maintenance and they found an issue. Kept Big Blue over night, took care of her and now shes back better than ever. I love my truck like family and I love Saybrook GMC. THANK YOU!
Another dealership full of false promises and lies... wont even give you an up front price for a trade in. Still waiting...
I recommended Saybrook Buick to my niece, she was shopping around for a vehicle. Curtis took care of her, he went above and beyond to satisfy her needs and ally her fears. Actually every salesperson went out of their way to speak with us including the Service Manager Bob. Curtis was her hero though ! I myself had a great experience the year before with my purchase which led me to return with her, it was touch and go for a bit but Curtis made it happen. My aunt purchased a car from here and was very satisfied. I had appointments at several dealerships but came here first. Immediately was comfortable with salesman Curtis Wheatley, no pressure, patient and really seemed like a standup guy. Saturday I got my new preowned vehicle and I will update on how it goes. Right now two days in and it seems like a great purchase and I truly appreciate Curtis Wheatley sincerity and dedication
