Sayakomarn's is a marvelous find in the middle of the Texas Panhandle. It is a testament to the diversity that is now occurring even in rural areas such as the Great Plains. Twice we went to this restaurant, and the Kra Pao and spicy chicken green curry exceeded expectations. The staff were very friendly, and its menu offers many options for those who might not be friendly to non-"Chinese" Asian food (I love Thai, so it was great).
