Two friends and I went to sayakomarn's in canyon today for lunch. The service was horrible, when we first got there we were sat and our server got our drink order walked back to the back and I could hear her complaining about taking our table? She also rushed my friend to make a decision and raised her voice and told her to hurry up to order before the kitchen closed even though there was other tables that haven’t ordered either. RecommendedI love the beef and broccoli 🥦. The staff is knowledgeable of the menu and the service is fantastic
We’ve been regulars here for years, but no longer after tonight. Waited over 45 minutes for our food and when I spoke to the manager about it, she gave me a snarky reply, “Well we ARE short handed in the kitchen.” I understand that, but please pass that information on to your customers. They were not that busy. Only six or seven tables. The waitress avoided making eye contact while we were waiting. And to top it all off, both my wife and son got sick!
Disappointed tonight. They missed the mark on service tonight. Waited 1 hour for our food. Never was offered any drink refills. And when I told the waitstaff the service was terrible, he stated "I know." If you knew, then why didn't you try to improve it? If you dont have the staff to run at full capacity, then don't. Be honest up front and inform me of that. Don't seat me and give me substandard service.
