HORRIBLE customer service. I was warned of their terrible customer service, and I wish I would have listened. My wedding cake fell apart before the reception even started. When I called after the wedding to tell them, they accepted NO responsibility and blamed me/my wedding venue (grand ballroom at a Country Club). They said they would need "proof" that it fell apart. You are our favorite. Love every flavor we have tried so far and our daughters cake was yummy. We were in Ft. Worth this weekend and tried cupcakes at a food truck. Wanted to send a recommendation for you. Crème Brulee and Root beer Float. Have you ever done these? The trucks were good but I am sure you could make them so much better.
