What a genuine soul! I brought a necklace in that has been near and dear to my heart for that last 12 years, but I hadn’t gotten to wear it for some time because it needed repairs. It’s important to note that this necklace was not one she had made, but it was similar to her style so I figured she may be able to help. She fixed it up right in front of me and sent me on my way - no charge! She made my whole week and I am so happy to be able to wear this piece again! Unfortunately the outcome I had was negative. My friend and I had to wait almost 20 minutes for her to even acknowledge us, as she was talking to someone else the entire time. I had an ankle bracelet placed on and after 3 weeks I had an allergic reaction to the metal. When they said “permanent jewelry” I was able to cut it right off with a pair of scissors. Unfortunately I will not be returning….

My daughter and I did permanent bracelets for her 18th birthday in February! We recently took my mom and the three of us got bracelets together. My mom texted saying she loves it and it makes her think of our day together. Highly recommend stopping in Say Anything!
