I tried to call and get an appointment. They asked if I had insurance I said yes but I didn't want to use my insurance I wanted to private pay. They said if I had insurance THEN I HAD TO USE IT AND I COULD NOT PRIVATE PAY BECAUSE IF I NEEDED A REFERRAL THEN THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE ME ONE IF I DID NOT USE INSURANCE. WHICH I KNOW IS FALSE BECAUSE I PRIVATE PAY FOR ALL OF MY SONS APPOINTMENTS WITH DR. KHAN, GLASS, AND/OR FIDONE ALONG WITH HIS NEUROLOGY APPOINTMENTS IN HOUSTON.
