I could not have had a better experience! The service at the jewelry store is awesome! Everyone is really nice and helpful! They also helped me a lot with my issue with ring size change during weather changes, were very patient and extremely polite! They definitively make efforts to understand what the customer wants: I wanted a specific type of ring following the traditions of my culture and they worked on getting it for me! Very honest about their services and possibilities! I just loved it!
I can not even begin to explain what wonderful service my husband and I have received at saxons. My husband went in around Christmas time to purchase a ring of my sons birthstone for me and he could not decide. He had 2 people helping him and was worried I would not be happy with it. He took me in and i saw a ruby ring I loved but not the stone.
