Definate trash issues they just cant get it under control. Leaking roofs that managment seems to have no gumption or ability to fix. Was much better with previous management actually really glad i dont live there anymore.
Poor management. Cheap cabinets and appliances. Can't keep up with their trash . Horrible courtesy officer that won't leave u be . He will just pester you while u try and relax at the pool .
The apartment homes are super nice. The pool is relaxing. Everything is kept really clean. A very quiet neighborhood to live in. Staff is always super nice when we go in there. They are always quick about fixing any problems that you might have in the apartment. The service men are especially nice and helpful. My fiancé and I have only lived here for like maybe a few months but we are very pleased with it so far. The only problem we have had with the apartment complex is them trying to charge us more then what's in our lease... read more
I have been a resident for almost a year, I love my apartment! I appreciate the office staff so very much, when I call they always so polite and cheerful. The maintenance department address all concerns in a very timely manner. The best place in Texas if you're looking for an apartment, (large and small)/

Only been living here for about a month, but so far we love it! The apartment and the appliances are great, and the overall style of the entire complex is beautiful. The staff is very helpful and nice, we love Theresa! They have quickly and efficiently solved any problems we've had. So far so good!
