I liked this complex until it became infested with rats several months ago. The management’s response was to go around and fine us for having our trash out at other than designated times, however we have 1 dumpster that’s always overflowing that has rats all over it. The rats are also out when I come home from the gym at 9pm, and are still out running around at 5am when I leave for work past my door 3 flights up and everywhere else. It’s so gross I guess I need to move out!
We love living here!! We have been here for almost 3 years!! Great well kept grounds! Very helpful staff and very well upkept maintenance on units!!
I've lived at Saxon Woods for over thee years. The apartment finishes are lovely and the outdoor grounds are serene. The maintenance folks are very responsive, the office staff is friendly and helpful. Great pools, multiple dog parks plus indoor and outdoor fitness areas. It is a little pricey but I think you do get what you pay for here.
Beautiful apartments and very spacious....huge balcony and tons of services.....a little pricey but very nice....has a very high end feel
