UPDATE: 6/23 - My old unit is listed for sale & the HOA is $955/mo, an increase of $198/mo in LESS THAN 2 YEARS! And this doesn't include any random assessments throughout the year. Seems like everything I warned about came true. My heart goes out to the residents still stuck there.
