Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? After suspecting I had carpal tunnel syndrome, I visited my primary care physician. I was told to wear a brace for a couple of weeks and it would probably fix itself. A couple of weeks later, my problem worsened, so I returned to that office. I was prescribed a bottle of muscle relaxers and told to take one every night before bed. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
