Poor response – I have been renting an apartment in a building managed by Saxe real estate for almost a year and in this time they have responded poorly to requests for repairs and for non-repair issues. I often have to make 8 to 10 requests to get something done. Think hard if you want this kind of service as either a landlord or tenant.
