Great building and community. Loved living here. Clean building and very active management. Location is great, great restaurants and right on the bus line to downtown!
Unresponsive office. Tried to contact for over 3 weeks. Left email and voice message. Never heard back
After 3 1/2 years I am leaving the Saxe apartments for a larger space. I have loved living here, and have no complaints. Heather, the building manager lives on site and is extremely responsive and friendly. She also keeps the building extremely clean. Although located on a busy arterial street the building is fairly quiet, and very pet friendly.
Great management, apartments are always being updated and remodeled. Great place to live!
My partner and I lived here for three years and loved it. The apartment was sizable, the patio was enormous (300 sq feet), friendly neighbors. Oh, and pet friendly! The common areas were always very clean. The location is very walkable! Ravenna has a thriving restaurant scene, a few fun little bars and great coffee shops. We miss Ravenna. It is such an underrated neighborhood. Heather and Theron were/are the apartment managers. We could not have felt more heard and cared for as tenants. They were always accessible.
