I can not give Sawyers enough praise!!!! I needed a front end alignment on my 2001 GMC Yukon. After a lot of calling around I found Sawyers was the cheapest in town. When I got there the first thing I noticed was all the antiques, it gave the shop a true "old town" clovis feeling. After they got my car up on the rack they discovered a few worn out parts which made the alignment very difficult. They spent 2 hours on my car getting it as close as they possibly could, even tweaking it by hand just to compensate for the worn out parts in my front end. Most shops would have said "well the computer says its good, we cant do anything else until you fix the worn out parts" but not these guys, they stuck with it until I was satisified. Now $45 is extremely cheap for a front end alignment to begin with, but to take the time (and financial loss) to stick with it and get it done to my liking is extremely rare. With great customer service and the willingness to go wayyyyy above and beyond I hope they stay around for a while. There are not many shops with intregrity left and these guys are raising the bar for every auto shop in town!
