The rental department wasn't very good. Rented trencher, got it home 50mi and reverse didn't work. The cables were elongated and incorrectly patched in an attempt to make it work. The pull cord handle had been "repaired" several times and came off. The counter man did not communicate well when confronted with the failed machinery. Offered no apology or discount. Won't rent from there again.
